Mary Abbadasari

Mary and her husband Robert have come to Sault Ste. Marie with their two children Roshan and Roshani to lay the groundwork for Algoma Adventist Chrisitan School. Mary has several years teaching experience in her native India and has completed a Master's degree at Andrew's University in Michigan to round out her training as an educator. Mary also serves as Secretary of the School Board.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Dr. Henry Leung

Henry Leung is the husband of Karen and father of Jonathan, age 8, a student at AACS. Henry is a physician who specializes in Psychiatry at the Sault Area Hospital and an Assistant Professor, the Faculty of Medicine, the University of Toronto . He is also the program director of the Northeastern Ontario Postgraduate Specialty Program responsible for development and implementation of medical specialist training in northeastern Ontario. He teaches the junior Sabbath school class and is an elder of the Sault Ste Marie Seventh-day Adventist Church . His hobbies are badminton, reading and traveling.
 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 Pastor Carter Stanley

Carter Stanley and his wife Marion began their ministry in the Sault in the fall of 2005.  They have many years' experience in church leadership and are active supporters of AACS and it's work in our community.  With three grown children and eleven grandchildren, the Stanley's have a deep appreciation for the value of a high quality education in a Christian environment.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

J.P. Duchesne

JP is a native of Sudbury who completed most of his elementary education in an Adventist school, attended a French Immersion public high school and went on to earn his Honours Bachelor degree in Chemistry and Forensic Science from the University of Toronto. For the past 6 years he has been working as a Forensic Scientist with the Ontario Government’s Centre of Forensic Sciences Lab. JP is married to Tammy and together they are very excited to be settled in Sault Ste. Marie. In his free time, he enjoys playing sports as well as playing and listening to music.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 Kwesi Amoh 

Kwesi and his wife Olivia have brought their family from Ghana to Canada and now make their home in Sault Ste. Marie. Kwesi has a degree in nuclear physics and a strong background in computer technology. Kwesi has lead out in our citrus fundraising efforts and serves as a Bible teacher and Elder of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Sault Ste. Marie.
 
Kristin is a resident of Sault, Michigan where she works full time teaching grade 4 students. In her spare time she coaches volleyball and track.
